conscious Breathing: an insane way to tackle anxiety and depression

All of you have know that no thought is ever lost. All our past thoughts are remain stored in unconscious domain of our minds.They remain there as Samskars or impressions. 

Do you know how you get trapped in depression....?

 The more  you think about something, more it will make an impression on subconscious domain your mind.Then mind will start creating a belief pattern on the basis of intensities of those thoughts.

So, these thoughts get rooted in your mind and affect each and every cell.Then your body will start an insane emotional drama, emotions related to those rooted thoughts will start popping up and will set up your vibrations.

So, if you are feeling good then you will be having more loving thoughts in your mind and healthy mind-body relations. But the worst part is that the reverse is also true, if you feeling less loving and unsatisfied ,it will make a continuous loop of low vibrational patterns in your body resulting in a poor flow of cosmic energy in your body. 

You can't blame your own thoughts for your own health, because its natural to have tons of thoughts vacillating in your mind. Finally its not a thought that affects, but what affects is how you respond to those thoughts.The more you play with those negative thoughts ,the more it will be difficult for you to erase them for subconscious domain.
What should we do to avoid these negative thoughts...?

" Relax no need to be critical. Whatever arises, whatever occurs, simply don't cling to it, but immediately let it go."

"There is no use of dwelling in the past or future because they don't exist."

In normal conditions of life,sleep itself provides a sufficient relaxation separately.But under the stressful conditions of modern life,the mind remains in a tensed state,and no amount of sleep is sufficient for unwinding it.If you go to sleep with a tensed mind, it is quite likely that you will wake up with the mind in the same tense condition.

Conscious breathing is the best known tool that is being used by thousands of people to get rid of anxiety and depression naturally.

Conscious breathing:

When you find yourself daydreaming, tell yourself each and every time that "there is nothing more important than breathing". Just breath and allow your mind to vacillate it will stop bothering you immediately. The more you pay attention to your breath , the more you will be aware of your true self.These simple relaxation can alleviate psychosomatic pain felt in the head or stomach or joints more effectively than pills and tablets.

  • There is perhaps nothing more than relaxing than the practise of regulated breath.It is not necessary to practise 'Pranayama'(know more about pranayama)which can lead to serious complications. What is needed is the practise of breathing in deeply (as deeply as possible) through the nostril and then slowly breathing out( without retaining breath). This kind of regulated breathing can be done at any time, even in your office while talking people.
  • Everyone has a specific region in his body which acts as a focal point for his mental tension. For some it may be heart region,for others it may be the pit of stomach or lumber region. For those who suffered more from anxiety and depression they should release tension in brain veins by listening to breath,slowly it will work for sure, it takes time.
Stress cannot be avoided in life
for the simple reason that nothing great can be achieved in life by leading a stress free,easy going life. Dont think about the output,work hard as possible as,its the only thing that we can and breath. The more you run with your selfish desires more you will get attached to it,will suffer you more.

If you feel tensed, breathe. It will calm you and release the tensions.
If you are worried about something or caught up in something that already happened, breathe. It will bring you back to the present.
If you are moving too fast, breathe. It will remind you to slow down, and enjoy life more.
Breathe, and enjoy each moment of this life. They’re too fleeting and few to waste.”

  1. Important post and reminder about the significance of Conscious Breathing. When we need energy we need oxygen, spending more time on the inhalation is key, when we want to sleep, a long, slow exhalation works best, ridding the body of carbon dioxide. I witnessed a birth this week and the phenomenon of observing the first breath bringing life and vitality to the body through the first breath is miraculous. We depart this sphere on our last breath. Life is breath.
